A Grow a Future (GAF) volunteer is any person who meets background criteria in our various areas of service and has a strong desire to benefit the community through their skills and abilities. By joining hands with GAF and becoming a youth mentor, you can positively impact youth development in our community.
As a volunteer there is no expectation of financial or other tangible compensation from the organization. Simply put, volunteers provide services that are meaningful and essential to the operation of a Grow a Future.
GAF enlists community members who have a wealth of skill, talent, and energy as volunteers. You can help out in any number of ways, including assisting at events and even spending an afternoon helping youth with their homework. Volunteers are encouraged to also take on the role of community liaisons, helping our board and providing advice on policy issues.
